Frequently Asked Questions

What are your products used for?

All Peplix products are sold exclusively for in-vitro laboratory and research purposes. They are not intended for human consumption, therapeutic use, or veterinary use.

Who can purchase from Peplix?

Peplix sells to qualified researchers, scientists, and laboratory professionals. By placing an order you confirm you are purchasing for legitimate scientific research purposes.

Do you include a Certificate of Analysis?

Yes. Every order includes a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) with HPLC purity data and sequence confirmation for each compound. CoA documents are also available on our Purity Reports page.

What purity level can I expect?

Our compounds average 99.2% purity. The minimum purity we ship is 98%. Exact purity for each lot is documented on the CoA included with your order.

How do you ship peptides?

All peptides are shipped lyophilized (freeze-dried powder) with cold packs to preserve stability. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of research reagents, all sales are final once shipped. Please see our Refund Policy for eligible situations including damaged shipments and purity failures.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cryptocurrency. Payment details are shown at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability varies — contact us at support@peplix.bio for international inquiries.

How do I store peptides after receiving them?

Store lyophilized peptides at -20°C in a dry environment away from light. Once reconstituted, store at 4°C and use within the timeframe indicated on your CoA. Peplix is not responsible for degradation caused by improper storage after receipt.

How do I read a Certificate of Analysis?

Your CoA will show: compound name, lot number, molecular weight, HPLC purity percentage, sequence confirmation result, and the testing lab name. A purity of 99%+ means 99% or more of the sample is the target compound.
